I don’t want to pick on China, but of the world’s Top 5 economies (per GDP), all but one is seeing decreasing CO2 emissions per capita.
The US, UK, Germany and Japan are all successfully reducing emissions.
Why is China still increasing?
I’m just saying, it sure looks like everyone else is making a concerted effort to reduce emissions. Maybe China can help a brother out.
